These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by WEBCRAFT by TARBH ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services

We provide web design services and packages tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Our services may include website design, development, maintenance, and support.

2. Fees and Payments

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with their chosen package as outlined in the agreement.
For monthly subscription services, clients agree to pay a recurring fee on a monthly basis until the subscription is canceled.
Payments must be made in full and in advance of the subscription period.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Subscription Policy

Annual subscription services are billed on a recurring, monthly, basis and will automatically renew unless canceled.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to our company.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least [30] days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
Upon cancellation, clients will retain access to their website for a grace period of [30] days.
To keep the website operational beyond the grace period, clients will be charged a maintaining fee of $50.00 per month.
No refunds will be provided for fees already paid upon cancellation, and services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the website design and content produced as part of the services, remain the property of our company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for website development.
Clients must adhere to our guidelines and provide feedback within agreed-upon timeframes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees paid by the client.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if clients breach these Terms or fail to meet their obligations.
No refunds will be provided for fees already paid upon termination.

8. Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
